Our Lamb
Our lambs are born in the spring and graze on fresh pastures throughout the summer, raised without hormones or antibiotics to ensure high-quality, flavorful meat. We offer whole or half lamb packages each fall. Click here to order your own grass-finished lamb.

How it's Raised
Our lambs are born in the spring and spend the summer months out on pasture with their mom. We wean them at the end of summer, and they continue to graze off of summer pasture. Over the fall, winter, and early spring, they are fed a second cut of alfalfa hay. They are then turned back out to pasture and finish on lush summer pasture. The lambs are butchered in early fall. Because our lamb is grass-fed and finished, it takes our lambs longer to finish, but the wait is well worth it!
